Location. Surrounded by trees and the only sound I heard was birds chirping. Exactly what I wanted for vacation. Really helpful staff and though we didn't use all the amenities in the hotel, I already have good reasons to go back. If you have a car, then it is not too far from Giethoorn village, which was the purpose of our trip.

The hotel is in its own really nice grounds in an exceptionally lovely area just 15mins away from Giethoorn. All the staff we met were really nice and helpful, which really made our stay really pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, as was an evening meal in the restaurant.

Great location, surrounded by forest, fresh air, the morning on the balcony with birds chirping- wonderful, everything in the spacious bathroom was working properly, good beds, nice bar downstairs, swimming pool, free parking space, nice and welcoming staff
